Health Guarantee

We guarantee that a puppy from Beaty's Babies will leave for
their new home in good health and current on all shots &
wormings. Each puppy from Beaty's Babies has a one year health
guarantee on genetic illnesses ONLY that starts from the D.O.B.
of the puppy. To qualify for this health guarantee we require that
within 72 hrs. you take the puppy to a veterinarian of your choice
to be vet checked and a receipt of the appointment be mailed to
us within seven days of the appointment. If within a year from
the puppies D.O.B. he/she has become ill please contact us prior
to the appointment with the veterinarian. If you do not contact us
before the appointment and/or treatment is started the
guarantee we offer will then become VOID. Here are the
guidelines for the health guarantee we offer.
1.) We have to be notified before the veterinarian appointment
and before treatment is started.
2.) If the veterinarian finds the illness is caused by genetic
factors we require the nature of the illness be put in writing by
the veterinarian that saw the puppy and then sent to us.
3.) We do reserve the right to a second opinion.
4.) The illness has to seriously impact the puppies quality of life
just short of euthanasia or cause the puppy to have to be put to
sleep.
If all of the above guidelines are met we would then replace the
puppy with another puppy. We do not pay vet bills nor do we give
refunds.
